Refund Policy – Abrash Solutions

At Abrash Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, website development, and advertising services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to address any concerns promptly and fairly.

1. Services Covered

This refund policy applies to all services provided by Abrash Solutions, including but not limited to:

Website design and development
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Social media management
Paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Business consulting services

2. Refund Eligibility

Digital Marketing & Paid Ads – Due to the nature of these services, refunds are only considered if work has not yet commenced after payment. Once campaigns have been launched, no refunds will be issued.
Website Design & Development – Refunds may be issued if the project is canceled before design work or development begins. Once the first draft or initial designs are delivered, only partial refunds (if any) will be considered, based on work completed.
SEO Services – SEO work is progressive and requires ongoing efforts. Refunds are not available once the first month’s work has started.
Consulting Services – Fees for consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Costs

Third-party fees (such as hosting, domain registrations, stock images, plugins, or paid ad budgets) are non-refundable.
Payments made for completed work or services already delivered cannot be refunded.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email Info@abrashsolutions with:

Your full name and company name
Service purchased and date of payment
Reason for requesting the refund
We will review your request within 5–7 business days and respond with the outcome.

5. Disputes & Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue before considering a refund. Our goal is always to work toward a mutually beneficial solution.
