1. Services Provided

Abrash Solutions offers digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Social Media Management

  • Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Brand Strategy & Identity

  • E-Commerce Solutions

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver services.

  • Respond to requests for approvals and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Payment Terms

  • All services are subject to agreed-upon fees outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.

  • Payments must be made according to the invoicing schedule.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by Abrash Solutions remains the property of Abrash Solutions until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, excluding third-party materials or software.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

  • Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Abrash Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
