From a Company Profile to a Direct Online Sales Channel

Al Kabayel wanted a website customers could purchase from, supported by the catalogue, payment and delivery systems required to operate an online store.

The Starting Point

The existing website presented company information but did not provide the direct sales system the business needed. According to the project lead, marketplace commissions put pressure on margins, with some products generating little or no profit.

Stage One: E-Commerce Launch

Store & Catalogue

Abrash Solutions built the sales website, implemented integrations for bulk product uploads and carefully prepared the large product catalogue.

Payments & Measurement

We integrated the payment gateway and completed Google and Meta setup to support the store's marketing foundation.

UAE Delivery Readiness

We coordinated arrangements with four delivery companies to support orders across the UAE.

Website launched within 30 days

The project moved from a company-profile website to an operational online sales channel.

Stage Two: Advertising Management

After approximately three months of advertising managed internally and through other agencies, Al Kabayel returned to Abrash Solutions to review performance. We agreed a revised campaign approach and a lower planned monthly advertising budget.

We managed campaigns, reviewed performance and refined customer audiences as the engagement progressed. Commercial agreement details are confidential.

Reported Monthly Sales Results

The following comparisons use the reported pre-engagement monthly sales baseline. They describe individual months, not cumulative sales over the engagement.

+140%

First-month sales versus the monthly baseline.

+300%

Second-month sales versus the same baseline.

+1,100%

Sixth-month sales versus the baseline: 12 times the starting monthly sales.

40% Lower Planned Budget

The agreed monthly advertising budget was 40% below the previous monthly budget. Actual spend varied by month.

Supporting Advertising Snapshots

Cropped Google campaign snapshot showing 2,156.50% Actual ROAS; reporting period not shown
Google Ads — Actual ROAS

Selected campaign snapshot; reporting period not shown. Cropped for confidentiality; values unchanged.

Cropped Meta campaign results: 4,024 add-to-cart actions and 194 website purchases; reporting period not shown
Meta Ads — Selected Campaign Results

Selected campaign snapshot; reporting period not shown. Cropped for confidentiality; values unchanged.

A supplied Google Performance Max screenshot displays an Actual ROAS of 2,156.50%. This is a platform-reported conversion-value-to-ad-spend metric for that campaign snapshot. The screenshot does not show the reporting dates or attribution configuration, so it is not presented as a six-month account-wide result or a profit measure.

Measurement & Confidentiality

Monthly sales growth, launch timing and budget comparisons were reported by Abrash Solutions' project lead, Salih Dinc, and have not been independently audited. Advertising screenshots show selected campaign metrics and do not independently verify the full monthly sales figures. Observed growth does not establish that advertising alone caused the change.

Exact sales amounts, advertising spend, campaign identifiers, customer information and commercial agreement terms are withheld. A reduced planned advertising budget does not mean actual spend was identical every month. Sales growth is not a claim of profit growth.
